Meet the Owner
Brad Irle has leadership responsibility for ensuring that T.h. Snyder Company serves as an exceptional partner for our valued clients. He has over 35 years of experience in product manufacturing, engineering, logistics, sales and public relations. Since acquiring T.h. Snyder in 2009, T.h. Snyder adopted a philosophy of embracing technology to improve efficiency with in-house engineering and order processing, while maintaining the true craftsmanship of our chosen profession. Our Sales and Project Management Team
Mark Myrdacz joined the T.h. Snyder team in 2012 as a Project Manager/Project Engineer. His combined 11 years of experience in the custom commercial & residential millwork industry ensures each client is satisfied from shop drawings to final product. His experience ranges from CNC programming, AutoCAD/Inventor drafting to estimating & project management. He holds a degree in Architectural Technology from Harper College.
Meet our Danville team
Brett Irle has been with T.h. Snyder for over six years. Starting as a finish helper, he rapidly grew into one of our most talented Journeyman Millwrights. He has spent months in the field integrating with our talented installation team, which enhances his ability to understand the entire process of fabrication through finished installation. His extensive knowledge of CNC programs and machining has helped T.h. Snyder fully transition into Networked Production. He has been responsible for all shop operations since 2012.
Richard Drake’s vast architectural woodworking experience makes him uniquely qualified to lead our engineering and project coordination efforts. In his 30+ year career with T.h. Snyder Company, he has collaborated with the most prestigious architectural firms in the mid-west to create outstanding woodworking results. He has extensive experience in architectural hardware and custom veneer lay-up. Before joining the organization, Richard spent four years as a project architect at an architectural firm. He holds a BS in Architecture from the University of Illinois.
Bob Gill leads T.h. Snyder’s estimating efforts, ensuring that our clients receive thorough and timely pricing as well as effective value to the engineering department. He brings a wealth of experience to his position; in his 25+ year career with T.H. Snyder, he has held a variety of roles, including production and engineering. In addition, Bob has extensive shop finishing expertise and a comprehensive understanding of AWI quality standards.
