In 2012 T.h. Snyder, in essence, returned to its heritage. In 1979 the Former Elliott Millworks was acquired the respected Custom Home Builder, Tom Snyder. Prior to 1979 T.h. Snyder was known regionally as a dependable high quality commercial millworker. After the acquisition Mr. Snyder focused primarily on high end custom architectural millwork for his clients. By adding the Commercial Division in 2012 T.h. Snyder set out to expand its product offering and utilizing modern technology.
Tenant Build Outs
Located just over two hours from downtown Chicago T.h. Snyder has developed a niche in the tenant build out market for offices. Working with select General Contractors T.h. Snyder has the capability to build out spaces from very traditional specifications to ultra-modern designs.
Financial & Educational
We find that the specifications for high end commercial applications such as Banks, Financial and Educational applications are very similar to the same high tolerances of our residential clients. We have been very successful in meeting and exceeding our client’s expectations in these highly demanding applications.
Auto Dealerships and Retail
As the economy has continued to recover the need for renovation of existing space, or build out of new space, has been in high demand. T.h. Snyder has developed relationships with select General Contractors and supplied to auto dealerships and retail locations nationwide in the past four years.
